District 39

District 39 is an area hidden deep in the Amazon jungle. It was built by the government to experiment on special people or creatures, such as some born with powers or special abilities to attempt at recreating those powers for their own gain. They submit to torture and painful experiments to get what they need.
As a prisoner submitted to this you need to attempt to free yourself and escape this torture to live your life free.
As a detective you try to expose them to the world for what they've done and shut down the facility.
Or as a part of the facility itself. Guarding and protecting it as a guard, or running the entire thing. You choose.

5 years ago, RedBear was caught using his powers while fighting a dangerous entity. Afterwards he was ambushed and though he was powerful, their technology and harvested powers from other creatures and people, they were able to turn his own powers against him. He was 19 then, now he's 24. He had just got back from another harvesting session. He was thrown in his cell. He was weak and unable to stand up.
