I sat cross legged on the bench picking at me food, resting my cheek in my hand. I jumped suddenly when someone appeared right by me, Twyla - the closest thing I had to a friend.
"You are wanted" She said in a semi-serious tone, I looked up and raised my eyebrows for a explanation. "Ya'know that Phillip guy? The one who keeps getting put in the Cell and goes on about that group who approached him because they thought the world was going to end about three years ago?" I squited my eyes in attempt to figure out what she was saying - she had super speed, I was yet to figure out if that affected her speech or she could actually just speak that fast.
"The one most people think should be locked up like, forever because they think he's going to become the next Hitler because of that syrum thing?" I didn't mind him that much, Twyla nodded.
"Yeah well, that company?" She reminded. "That's who wants you - room 78"
I looked at her wide eyed, and she motioned for me to get going - excited for the gossip that would come of this. I jumped from the seat and wondered around the school for room 78, thinking about how I was sure there wasn't even 78 rooms.
I opened the door slowly, inside sat a tall woman - her friendly smile was terrible faked. She motioned to a chair across from her, nervously I sat down.
"Nixon Harlow, am I right?"
I nodded.
"Interesting family background" She taunted. I bit my lip, and looked down. "How do you do so well in school?" She asked.
"Doing my work passes time quicker than sitting around thinking about how much I hate it here" She looked interested at my detest, cocking her head to the right.
"Well...surely, you could put them to sleep or make them believe they're in a desert" There was something about this woman, I was sure what it was - but it pissed me off.
"What? And get put into School Prison? Heard it's worst than Alcatraz down there" I mumbled.
"So you hate it here?" She asked, I looked her in the eyes with an expression that read 'isn't that obvious?' "Well - you can get out if you help us"
