A map, or even a list of locations sounds like a great idea. I can start compiling that tonight. As far as that goes, what all places are you guys interested in having on the map?

Supermarket, the school, Stoddard Manor (Andrea's home, which is probably the biggest house in town.)

Can there be a pool and a cinema? How big of a city is this?

So just a question when is this set and will be ignoring the event of the past two SB's?

Like Cow said, anything we want to use for the story can be a few towns over.

We are ignoring the past two SBs. It's set in modern times.

Also, we'll have to have coal shafts and quarries, as well as one 'mountain top mine'. That means the top of the mountain is chopped off to reveal shafts.

Are any of those mines/quarries still functioning/active or no?

So is this like a new start? we'll have to reintroduce the old characters and all that stuff?

I'm just going to play by "ear" at this. I never joined the SBs before this, but I'm willing to learn as I go. Mind all of you, Z's a new character in all this, so don't expect me to know everything about the previous SBs.

No, mines are no longer active, which has hit the town economy hard. Brand new start to the whole thing.

I was thinking that the mines could have gone out of commission due to a mysterious devastating coal fire that ended up destroying a lot of the town. That could be a reason why so many houses are boarded up. Thoughts? (There could also be multiple fires depending on what you want to do)
