Let me know if you want me to change anything Rydia.
An angel, a knight, a man who will bring light to where there is only darkness, I am the Morning Star, the Bringer of Light, hail to me as I am King Lucifer!
@Rydia, I could kiss you right now. What Lionel did with the storm having lightning strike her chains sets up for a subplot I have in mind for Jasmin.

Guys, we need to move on plot wise. So if that's okay with everyone I think I'm going to have Elissa get bored because no one's fighting her and she wants to reawake Izzy and confront her, so she's going to cause a diversion with hail that will last just long enough for the villains to get away (she doesn't want to start the snowstorms yet). Then they'll reawaken Izzy and cuff/gag her as they take her back to the base.
I'll post tonight.
All our dreams can come true — if we have the courage to pursue them. -- Walt Disney
So, I will try to post in two days. I will have my character wake up, thus starting the next day if that's what we're planning on doing. I'm going to have her become somewhat crazy whenever she uses her powers, so it's like having two completely different identities. Let's get this thing back on track, aye?
Gil? No, he looks the way people would imagine him to: so if your character would imagine a villain with his powers wearing a mask, then he'd be wearing a mask for her. They're on the same side, though, and he doesn't care to fool her, really, so no, she'd just see him as he looks like, the way he looks in the profile.
