It's complicated, I think. Onedarkhorizon wanted to keep the original title. Dante put up the new title. I'm not sure it matters enough to fight over.

Onedarkhorizon had to leave, Dante redid the storybook as "The Salem Trials Reborn". So, now the storybook is re-starting as that thread.
