Oh, so neon orange and forest green must look wonderful in their hair, then, huh? ;)

I bet the white would make the colors stand out more… I say as someone who has never dyed her hair before and is clueless as to how it works xD

Bubbles would absolutely rock orange hair. And it would make the dye take better, so it be much more vivid than in darker hair.
