For some reason, this is a mix of humor and suspense. I'm in!
I'll be the werewolf switching bodies with a fairy.

Awesome, yeah I have a tendency to take things too seriously and body switching is bizarre enough that I think it has to be at least a little bit hilarious :p
Marked as claimed!
I'll probably take one of the named characters by the way, just hanging back to see who takes who

Apologies for dropping the ball on this! I've put my character up and I'm going to throw out some advertising, hopefully get a few more people joining us and then I'll aim to make a first post before the end of the week
Claimed for you! And it would be fun to have someone who doesn't want to switch back, the witch would be especially interesting since they're part of Evelyn's coven and would know her personally!
6 spaces still available:
1. A witch of the 3rd coven, Evelyn Rosewood, who has body switched with Bryony Thatcher, that is to say, the ghost who has no body 3. The son/ daughter of the Alnwich family who has body switched with a human 4. The human who has body switched with the son/ daughter of the Alnwich family 7. The vampire who has body switched with a witch/ wizard of the 3rd coven 10. The demon hunter who has switched bodies with the fire demon 11. Saffron Frost, a human under a protective enchantment
@Steggy! I thought it would be interesting if the werewolf was a female and the fairy was a male (before the switch). Is that all good with you?

Okay so I put up my profile. Hope it's okay. I wasn't sure about the "rules" as such for keeping abilities from the old body, so I did but balanced it out with a weaker personality. I've also decided she could persuaded to either side of keeping the body or switching back, depending on the circumstances.

Sounds good to me @Wolfical! I have to start working on my cp soon,,,

@niteowl in terms of keeping old abilities, it mostly depends on whether the new body would be able to use them, so whether they rely on just knowledge or on some kind of power as well. A vampire's physical strength for instance is due to their body's capabilities - they haven't mentally learned how to be strong - so they may remember how to throw someone through a wall but they will not be capable of doing so in a human body, but could in a demon body.
It should be the same for a witch switching to a vampire body - she knows how spells are cast and will be able to do basic ones which rely on using energy from elsewhere and therefore only need the knowledge of what herbs/ gems to use, such as using a scrying crystal to find someone, but anything big which needs the caster's own magic wouldn't work so no elemental magic or transformation magic. If you can make a few edits to say she has weak spell casting abilities instead or non-magical spell casting abilities then I'm happy with the rest of it! Though if someone claims the vampire in your character's previous body, they technically get to choose what she looks like as you get to choose what the current body looks like
