@hermione315, Professor Higgins will be escorting them to the school; the students + teachers (besides her, her being Jemima's secretary and all) will be taken to King's Cross, where they'll catch a Muggle train as far as Thyne. They'll walk the rest of the way.
Also, now would be the appropriate time to plan a character-development-and-relations session, yes? How does sometime next week sound to people? (At 17:00 GMT?) We can settle on whatever date and time suits most everyone~
Starting Wednesday, I have classes Monday through Thursday (not all day, but a fair chunk of the morning and afternoon), so my biggest free day is going to be Friday. If Friday's not doable, I can probably plan something around my M-thru-R classes, though—I'm available before noon (so before 17:00 GMT) on Tuesday/Thursday, and after 2:30pm here (19:30 GMT) all four days. Weekends are all open, except for 9 January, when I'll be at a music fest all day.
tl;dr: Any time before 17:00 GMT on Tues/Thurs and after 19:30 GMT Monday through Thursday is fine by me. Weekends are wide open.
I'm still on break for the next week, so I'm pretty much completely free except on Sundays. I'm basically available between 8am here (23:00 GMT) and 10pm (13:00 GMT). I'd prefer in the morning, but anytime should be all right except between 5-7pm here (8-10:00 GMT).

Ugh, I hate timezones. I'm GMT +5, and I'm basically free after 05:00 GMT on Fridays--and because I think the weekend is really the most convenient time for everyone--03:00 GMT should suit? (That would be eight a.m. for me, ten p.m. for Anci, and six p.m for Meand.) @StellaThomas is GMT+00:00, I believe, and I reaaaally don't want to make the timings for the wfp-session inconvenient for anyone.
I'll go do some more timezone maths and figure something out.
Tagging everyone else: @artsy @AdrianMoon @hermione315@HazelGrace16 @TheFantasy14 if you could please PM me your timezones and let me know what works for you, it'd be great~

Actually, @Pompadour, I'm GMT+9 (dunno why I didn't just say that earlier) so I think that would be noon for me, not 6pm. Which would actually work better, so yay.

My schedule is going to be packed next week, so feel free to carry on without me and I can read afterwards and suggest how I could slot in? If you guys can choose a time that suits me of course I'll be there, but otherwise please don't organise around me!

I got Prof Friedrich's arrival posted, and I'll be working on Nick's soon; forgive me if Tibby isn't the most personable, er, person right off the bat He'll mingle when it's his time.
And, of course, Nick isn't going to be nice at all.
Slight idea, but unsure of when/if we could put this in.
Say at one point, all the staff and students go out to Thyne when classes get dismissed early/construction needs to happen/so on. They all will probably have on something that distinguishes them as going to Wynbald, and people start avoiding their gazes, mothers rush their children inside their houses, shopkeepers refuse them business, etc., and then they get bombarded with reporters and (wizarding?) tabloid photographers.
It's just an idea, but I thought it would be cool to put it out there.
