Waiting on others is usually not the best option. If you feel like your character is stuck somewhere you can always excuse them from the conversation and move them into a new area or interaction.

I'll make this easy and send Nalia to the DC if Clockwork doesnt mind me borrowing his character for a post. That way she's available.

I was working with @thelostone's and @Layla's characters and I haven't heard back from them, I kind of know how to work with @thelostone's character it's @Layla's I need to talk to her about, collaborate with.

I guess Murphy needs to run into Kyra or something. Was waiting on others... we have very few active folk in the DC. Looks like I can't go with that. Maybe something about somebody getting injured in the gym and people not wanting to go for the doctors that will get her power out in the open...

How open is Kyra going to be about the "never being allowed to leave" thing? Murphy was one of the first in the DCs. She doesn't particularly care about leaving, but I could see someone pointing her out as evidence they won't get to leave- look, there's someone who's been here forever, that they would think probably has pretty good control of their powers given that no one seems to know what they are, and still hasn't left yet.

So how intact is the rest of the world for the normals, anyway? Supermarkets, cellphones, and going to school and work every day still the norm, or is it all hole away in their apocalypse shelters?

@ReisePiecey, you may use my character. Just note- even though he's a skilled marksman, he's more the "cameraman" of his team (he thus has a semi-automatic, but only uses it when necessary...)

Also, he has seven other members in his team, but only the team leader (the only who can be classified as a "friend" knows of his teleportation ability. He thus suppresses his ability in the presence of the others (making his power extremely uncontrollable when he let's loose)

In terms of the rest of the world, it's mostly business as normal - people go to school and all the technology is intact. There's just an increasing panic about these super powered mutants which the government is trying to put a lid on.

Also, Kyra's going to be pretty keen on getting out so she'll be increasingly loud about the not being allowed to leave thing and start kicking up a fuss. Her nickname isn't Diva for nothing

There. Not a great post, but getting a shy character who has no reason to be involved in things involved is interesting, to say the least. Fairly easy lie for Kyra to catch her in.

I'm gonna have Shinji snatch her up in my post. So she'll be subject to the Big Talk between Kyra and Shinji.

...and Shinji will want her at his right hand for his gang. Every brazen and bombastic gang leader needs a shy, mellow right hand, right? 8D

I am neck-deep in IRL stuff. I'm just organizing to make time for my hobbies.

It shouldn't be too long now before the word escape starts travelling 'round the DC. Let's have some fun having them struggle to get co-ordinated though and then when the government find out we'll have security get vamped up and they'll need to get help from the people outside to make it work so somewhere amongst all of this, the people outside need to start thinking about infiltrating the DC center or making contact with them
