From Alvah? Well, unless they're huge sinners, all Alvah can do is twist their minds by talking and exert a little influence, not actually strike at them or anything.
If he reaches a point when he can, regardless of his inhibitions, he can attack, then that means he's reached his goal, the world and this SB are over. So you're all safe.
Oh, and if they attack Alvah. If someone does, he's authorized to attack with all his almighty powers. Thus, don't attack him, yes?

Double I, expect Niko's pressence during you're character's plan not so much as working against him, but he will help him.

So as long as Carpenter and Black Beauty don't attack Alvah, technically he can't do too much to prevent their escape?

BB and Carpenter need to get out of Alvah's mansion and the heroes need to band together, maybe under Overwatch's watch?

Spoiler! :
Also: Carpenter's weakness is water. Do with this information as you wish.

Well, if they try to leave Alvah can stop them. They're there to stay. However, he does intend to release them...eventually. Not to late, mind you.
Also, RF, Amos should be the next to be captured now. Then I guess the heroes can have a hero reunion.

Niko will then follow Amos' capture back to the mansion where depending on what's said could get Niko on Alvah's side.

If you need Carnage, he's always ready. Probably just chilling in a Hawaiian shirt watching House right about now, as no-one seems to be on his death list just yet.

If you want the Night Dragon to get caught, you have to do something to get his attention and it has to be done at night. It's daylight right now, so the Night Dragon's "nesting" until nightfall.

The dragon has left the nest. It's night time, so that's your cue to nab him.
