Well, if they try to leave Alvah can stop them. They're there to stay. However, he does intend to release them...eventually. Not to late, mind you.
Also, RF, Amos should be the next to be captured now. Then I guess the heroes can have a hero reunion.

Niko will then follow Amos' capture back to the mansion where depending on what's said could get Niko on Alvah's side.

If you want the Night Dragon to get caught, you have to do something to get his attention and it has to be done at night. It's daylight right now, so the Night Dragon's "nesting" until nightfall.
