Skills: Shes an abnormal but has great fighting and deception skills.
Personality: Deliah seems sarcastic at first, but only to protect herself. She fears being alone because she has been alone all her life. When she gets to know you she'll lighten up and become friendlier. She cares deeply about those close to her and is very afraid of losing them. She is protective and worrisome.
History: Delilah was born to loving parents and lived in a pretty small house with her parents, her brother, and her grandparents. she never took the small house for granted because she knew she was loved. when she was 4, she was at school. her friend had fallen and was crying. when delilah reached out to touch her shoulder she felt an odd sensation and pulled her hand away. She ran home after school and told her parents who knew little of the abnormals but knew that their daughter wasn't the same as the others. they talked to their close neighbors who rudely suggested they kick their kindergarten daughter out. the parents sent the girl to live with her cousins across the forest, but the girl ran away soon after. After about 6 months on her own she was found by her now adoptive father, Morgan, one of the resistance.
Up for love: yes, straight
Other: Nothing I can think of. Terribly sorry for being so late.

I sort of mentioned that Morgan and Alem knowing each other... Because Morgan doesn't hate the abnormals and I didn't want Alem to be s complete loner.. ^^' I hope that's okay! if not I can change my post..
Although lol, you rebels and abnormals have placed Jake in one hell of a mess. Morgan needs to speak to the abnormal, deal with Erina (quickly and above all painfully ), and track down the rebels.
Also, Side, mayhaps Kirby isn't so useless as Jake once though. That was a decent job with the tracking.
ALSO, for those that don't know, or in any case as a reminder, Jake is developing a machine that drains the abnormals of their powers and allows Jake to use them for himself, including the elements they've stolen. It's not complete yet, but it's no secret. A lot of abnormals (NPC or not) willingly give themselves to Jake, thinking that once drained of their powers, they can be considered normal (as well as being able to interact with people physically and so on). This is true, Jake's not lying: the machine can safely drain abnormals of their powers. What Jake omitted is that it's not always safe, some abnormals die during the process.
