Also, in case anyone's wondering, a couple of things:
1. We'll be starting soon. I'll post here with the person who needs to follow the intro post, though really you should be freely active in Lemuria since the story will be activated by the end of the first post--which should also give you an indicator of entry length.
2. I know there are tons of Social Justice tones going on in this jam, and that's heavily intentional. I decided on conception that since Aether is the building blocks of philosophy and life that identity and acceptance and empowerment need to be themes beneath the surface of the adventure. Not everyone needs this going on, but it's a thing.
3. Every Anberlin scene will pass the Bechdel test one way or the other.
4. Aerie will not be an active character for much of the early story for Reasons.
I am a forest fire and an ocean, and I will burn you just as much as I will drown everything you have inside.

I am the property of Rydia, please return me to her ship.
Thanks for clarifying all that! Since we're starting soon, I'll start Master Scheming just in case. Hopefully we'll complete the first SB challenge juuuuuuuust fine.

I'll submit my profile once I've found tropes I like. (I'm the only one who hasn't submitted yet, right?)
But the Fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. — Paul the Apostle
Winter is inevitable. Spring will return eventually, and AstralHunter with it.
Ah, okay, then. I would choose a non-canine character, seeing as there are already two, but I dibsed it first, so I shall be obstinate. ^_^ (Besides, it's a jackal, not a wolf or arctic fox.)

Upon reflection, I think there is a criminal lack of female player characters. Lysander is now a girl. Can't have Anberlin bechdel around with NPCs all the time after all.
*settles with more scales for Shell-related reasons*
Seriously though, it IS true that there aren't too many females. I usually fix that with female npcs to hang around with. I'll get a female character next time!
EDIT: NEVERMIND, Miyavi's following the movement of female conversion! I love tomboys anyways - plus it doesn't affect any of my plans, and might just help me work alongside the SB challenge a lot better. I'll edit her profile in a few minutes.

Jurassic-type animals in an Amazonian-like jungle setting? YES PLEASE
A question, though: does the poll means that we'll all start in the specifically voted place, or that we'll have to reach it no matter where our native towns/regions are in like 2 or 3 posts?

Oh. Right. Adventure guild. Investigation. Darkening aether. ...Excuse me while I facedesk myself and proceed to rectify a few things on that plotting paper of mine.
