For now, @DungeonMaster we have a plot outline! It's very much subject to change/whatever people manage to work into their post/s, but here it is;

The Plot Outline:
part one: recieving the cargo - argument with the previous escorts?(Zuri / Scar) - taking possession of said cargo - discussing where to go - discussing who sent it, if they know - overhearing rumours about the cargo
part two: don't open the box (Lynnae / Key) - the party opens a box - what the-- the cargo is a kid?? - the kid is too curious and Will Not Stay Put causing chaos insues, basically! yup lol
part three: wrangle that toddler! (Isaac / Every) - party tries to keep the kid in one place (it's harder than it looks) - they need to go to the Tower of Ice but - they lose the kid at one stage, cue looking for kid - finally find kid with a strange man
part four: Uncle Fabian has arrived (Kymil / Mint) - party demands kid back, fabian argues with them - kid gets angsty and wriggles til fabian has no choice but to let go - kid runs straight to Zuri the Merc, who comforts him - fabian gets angry about that
part five: fight, fight, fight (Zuri / Scar) - kid gets wrangled out of the way - zuri and fabian fight - the fight is a draw - but both fabian and zuri are injured
part six: Time to Make a Hasty Retreat (Issac / Every) - Fabian glares at the party for a long moment, then leaves (without kiddo) - Zuri drops his defences and sits on his butt - the others start arguing, kiddo starts crying - kid runs for zuri for comfort/cuddles
part seven: Let's Get You Home (Lynnae / Key) - the party finds a place to lay low after the fight (Archer's) - they take turns comforting the kid - after regrouping, the party heads for the Tower - they encounter Fabian again - he's not alone; there's several Izhali priests with him
part eight: This Is The Part Why I Kill You (Kymil / Mint) - The two groups fight and Zuri's group barely scrapes a win - Fabian refuses to leave - Zuri makes it clear he Will Kill Fabian if he doesn't Get Out Of The Way - Fabian still Refuses but is called away at the last second - (which is good bc Zuri is still injured from the last fight and hasn't recovered yet)
part nine; Finally, Delivery Time (Zuri / Scar) - the party enters the Tower - they hand over kiddo - Zuri requests to see his "sister" and is denied - the group leaves and heads back to Archer's - they spend a few hours recovering - but learn kiddo has been kidnapped
part ten; Rescue Mission (Failure) (Lynnae / Key) - it's not part of the escort job anymore but - Zuri wants to save the kid bc he has a feeling he knows who took him - they track down Fabian and the other Izhali followers - but they play dumb and say they don't have the kid - Zuri and Fabian argue; Fabian drives them away - Zuri is suspicious and feels this confirms Fabian''s involvement
part eleven; Rescue Mission (Success) (this is likely to be multiple posts, so at least one from all four of us) - the party return to Archer's to regroup - they discuss options on how to rescue kiddo - an argument ensues and Zuri storms off into another room - finally, they agree on a plan and execute it - fabian dies, kiddo is saved - but the Tower is no longer safe - Archer offers to adopt kiddo - cue goodbyes etc - party leaves whitehook
potential alt end; - fabian wins, the party dies (this is unlikely as no one likes the vibes, but i'm keeping it bc we've got to at least plan for true failure!)
