ERZA's Attempts at poetry ^^!

This is my first time on NaPo WriMo and I hope I get to have some real fun writing lots of poems this month of April-the month of poems ^^~

I cannot feel...

The night sky of my mind
has become so merciless.
The moon doesn't glow anymore
and the stars have faded away.

The cicadas are scared to sing,
and the wind has lost its touch.
Fear is slowly tightening
its strong icy hold.

I am waiting for the sun to rise
and even the clouds are tired.
The rains have abandoned the
midnight sky weaved in spider silk.

I am afraid to touch the silky sky
So delicate and fragile
It may shatter into pieces...
get torn apart by my fingers.

The spell of the still night
refuses to be released.
It reigns over my mind
like a black shroud of nothingness.

Kaze

The taste of the ocean..
Gleaming in silver moonlight
On her thirsty lips

I cannot simply help myself but come up with haikus whenever I am thinking over something very deeply...so here are two of the haikus that I juust finished writing.

The golden sands

On the golden sands...
A little crab looks around
Lost among the shells

The monster inside

Wishes and desires...
The monsters of greed and pride
Eats you from within
