"Okay lemme just get that ready for you"

He made the tea and got the muffin for the customer. instead of handing it to him from behind the counter, Erin walked up to Emile and gave him the items.

"On me." He smiled and gave a little wink.

Emile blushed at the wink.

"O-Oh, are you sure..? I have enough to pay!"

"Nah it's fine. ...So, what's your name, cutie?"

Emile blushed even further at the pet name.

"I-I'm, uh, Emile! Emile Picani, do you how do? And who might you be?"

Erin reached out to shake Emile's hand. ...Right on the mark. "Erin Sanders. Nice to meet

Emile smiled and shook his hand. All of a sudden, there was a glow. A sparkle, emitting from both of their soulmate marks. Emile gasped, looking at Erin in shock.

Erin was shocked as well. He looked at their hands and then at Emile's face.

"Y-You're my soulmate...!"

A large smile slowly spread across Emile’s face.

“Oh my glob- oh my glob- eeeee!! I never thought this day would come!! Oh stars- I-I finally found you! Look at you, you’re so pretty, too!!”

He cupped Erin’s cheeks, giggling and beaming.

He blushed.

"Y-You're not too bad yourself, I guess."

He was trying to act cool still, but eventually dropped it.

"You're absolutely adorable."

Emile blushed.

“Awww, shucks, thank you..! Oh, when you’re done with work, do you wanna come over to my house? We could get to know each other a little better!”

He looked around.

"No one's coming anyways, I might as well just call it quits for the night."

He hung up this apron and hat, the standard uniform, and grabbed his jacket and sunglasses.

"Alright cutie, you ready?"

Emile nodded and smiled.

"🎶Ready as I'll ever be~!🎶"

He giggled.

"Sorry, that was from 'Ready As I'll Ever Be' from Tangled: The Series. ...I kind of have a passion for cartoons. But, yeah, I'm ready!"

"I've never really watched cartoons, but uh...."

Erin shrugged.

Emile gasped.

"Seriously?? ...Ooh, that means we can binge them together, and you get to experience them for the first time! ...If you want to, of course."

Erin smiled.

"That sounds fun"
