I've gone through and changed the look of the noteBored theme, to an extent. Everything is now on the bulletin board like background, making for a much more consistent look. Plus, I've made the header look like an actual header.
I'm still working on modifying the noteBored theme, but it's going to take a while. I still want to change the color of some links (not the ones in the header), and I want to change the look of the header.
If you run into any pages that look funky, let me know immediately. I think I've got it now so that all pages should load properly, but there might be a few that look weird.
