On YWS' Reviewing Sunday in January, we hit a record 693 reviews in 24 hours. We haven't tried to beat it yet, but I think we have a pretty good shot of doing so on May 1. So, can we hit 700 reviews in 24 hours? Time will tell.
So what is a Reviewing Sunday? On the last Sunday of every month*, YWS holds a reviewing day. This means:
- No new literary works can be submitted (you can wait 24 hours!)
- The Featured Works block on the front page is changed to a Last 5 Reviews block
- You can earn up to 100 points per review instead of the normal 50
* Due to Easter Sunday falling on the last Sunday of April, we have re-scheduled April's Review Day for May 1.
