Another new function for y'all in My YWS!

Now you can post bulletins for your friends to see. Just go to My YWS and scroll to the bottom to see them.

Some important things...

- Only your YWS friends can see the bulletins you post
- You can only view the last five bulletins posted by your friends


Their biggest useful purpose, I think, will be in letting your friends know of a work you just posted, but it can be used for a multitude of things.
