This is so true. We write for control over something and if you are skillful enough, you can do it. There isn't much to review here, but the best poems usually don't. Good job!
Hello! I am Stela, and I will be reviewing for you today!
fight4whatisright wrote:Write because you must A great ability thrust Upon you like a trust That can't be broken
I see what you're saying here, if you can write, do write, so that you don't betray the trust that has been instilled in you
However, a few criticisms, you start out rhyming, must with thrust, then trust doesn't really rhyme with thrust, it just sounds the same, and you completely break the whole rhyme, when you put broken in your last line. I mean, if you're going to rhyme, rhyme, but you've got to keep a certain pattern, so that it flows . Just my opinion here!
Hi there! I'm Hope, and the title of this poem caught my eye .
Now it's really really short, only one stanza long. I suggest you add to it, it doesn't have to be much, but right now it's just so tiny it doesn't really invoke much really for me. As mentioned before the fact that the last line doesn't rhyme like the others really throws off what you have.
So good luck and keep writing!
~Hope
"I'd rather be hated for being who I am, then loved for who I'm not."
all has probably been said your ryhme in your last line and the shortness of the poem. What i expected when i saw the title is what i saw so it made me happy but it coming to an end rather too quickly was annoying. please add more stanza
when the answer to everything is lost then turn to the question in everything, cause everything is the only place you probably have not search
