Heavy lie the words unspoken:
pressed unto the brave man's heart;
from warm elysium awoken
oft, and listens in the dark.
Another's slumber also broken;
he sits- wonders how to start
the avalanche; the volcano, and
spare his cherished counterpart.

Please tell me if this made any sense at all!

hi there!

I definately wouldn't say this was a rubbish poem. but at the same time i'm not sure whether it is good or bad! :D

The language you use is quite different to what you hear these days and i think that's great.

I know it's a poem and meanings are often hidden by metaphors and similies etc, but if you could explain what it is meant to be about, perhaps i could give a better review. :D
