I find if there's something which I don't understand on the site that the best way to overcome this is to

1. Browse the resources, you will usually find the answers needed.

2.PM those members whom you know have been active on the site for a while, and those whom have greeted you in the welcome section and offered help if needed.

3.Visit the lounge, chances are that if you are having a problem logging on for example, others are having it to.

4. Contact a member of the site administration, including red, dark green or light green names.
We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars.
