Yeah typing is my fave way too. Saves time in more than one way because although you might write it out nicely on paper, you then have to type it up to put it on YWS! lol
I try to write all my stuff out by hand first, especially my poems. This might sound lame but I get a better connection to the story and the characters. But when I write them out on paper I have to write in pen, I guess to make it final. But typing them definitely make things neater...
I shall but love thee better after death.

I write most of my stories and poetry by hand. I just prefer doing it that way because that's how I began writing, but nowadays I also type them up on the computer after hand-writing them. I can go back and edit things when they're on paper, too, and usually that's easier for me because I can devote my time to one thing, which is that piece of paper, instead of getting distracted on the computer.
Got YWS?
You judge others upon their actions, but you judge yourself by your intention.
I prefer to write everything by hand, and it always has to be in a notebook. The feeling of an empty piece of paper in a notebook makes me want to fill it up, so I get a lot done that way (in pencil) then I type it up on the computer. Sadly, I am faster in handwriting then typing ( I must get better at typing before High School....) so I created this habit of writing in notebooks all the time.
Building worlds and daydreaming about them is MY favorite thing to do......
Well, it really depends. I like typing because I can write several rewrites of my story without anything getting too messy. Other times I just like writing by hand.
Help! I can't remember if I'm the evil twin or the good one!
Definitely Typing. If you do it by hand, your hand gets sore and such, and your wasting paper and not being very environmentally conscious. If you want to make edits, you have to write the whole thing over again. If you eventually think of publishing and such, you have to type up your whole long story. L_L
