Due to a software program I installed a couple days ago to deter spam bots, a number of people are getting the "You_Been_Banned" message.
Please pass on the word to your compatriots that unless they received an e-mail directly from me, no one has been banned. It's a glitch, and one that I'm working at ironing out.
Also if you can, ask your friend to do an anti-virus sweep of their computer. The software program is actually a list of computers that have been used to send spam, such as spamming your inbox. Most of these computers are managed by people with bad intent. However some of these computers are "zombies."
A zombie computer is a computer that sends spam but the person who uses it does not know about it. This is why it is very important to scan your computer for viruses.
