Anyone else celebrate Mardi Gras? You know, the one with the moon pies and beads and misconceptions about New Orleans? :)
I'm not big on parades or anything. I just like it because since I live in Mobile, I get three days off from school, including, well, today.

You're from Mobile? Nice. ;)

I did live there for some eleven years, but up here in Seattle, no one has ever heard of Fat Tuesday. *sigh*
I miss the parades and the moon pies. And the days off of school. :)

Hope you have fun! ^_^

Pshhh, we're Catholic school. We did the whole sha-bang today: King's Cake, insane amounts of bling, and stuffing our faces before we sacrifice things starting tomorrow. :( I'm giving up Chat, methinks.

Well, at least Seattle has a similar rainfall amount. :]
