Haha, I thought I was the only one. I always daydream about having children, but those daydreams never involve a serious romantic partner.

I don't have any concrete long-term goals; I just finished my undergraduate degree, and now everything's in flux. Writing-wise, I want to have a polished novel ready to query by the end of the year, plus another 50-75 short story submissions. I've broken down those goals into a number of smaller, more concrete ones:

-- edit the novel I finished in December.
-- finish writing & edit the novel I'm currently writing.
-- write & edit 5-10 new short stories and submit them continuously
-- edit 5-10 old short stories and submit them continuously.

I also want to save up enough money that I can quit both my jobs in the fall and take a CELTA course somewhere, preferably overseas. Then I can apply to Teaching ESL jobs in various countries and spend 2010 traveling, learning new languages, and experiencing different cultures!
Merricat, said Constance, would you like a cup of tea?

I don't have that many...

1.) Pass Spanish 2 with a 'A'.
2.) Go to England the summer after I graduate (the summer of 2010).
3.) Get a laptop (which will possibly be tomorrow. =D )
4.) Write a book/novel by my birthday, February 16. (Haha, so I've practically got a year... GO ME!)

Yep. That's all for now...
