OH.

MY.

GOSH.

The funniest movie you will ever see. Probably only writers will understand why it's so funny. Ohmigosh, when the author started having conversations with her characters, I just cracked up.

I didn't even really pay attention to Nim and her dad, because they were a bit boring. Yeah.

But the writer. Crap, I can't remember her name. Alex something.

Anyway. It was a freaking hilarious movie, and I suggest it to every writer out there.

Would love help on this.

I, too, loved and adored this movie. But then Jodie Foster as an agoraphobic author, with Gerald Butler as her leading man (like a cross between Cussler's Dirk Pitt and Indiana Jones) in her head, will slay me any day. Also, Abigail Breslin and dancing sea lions too are love.

I haven't seen it but my mum's getting it for me for my birthday. Can't wait!

I had to watch the trailor loads of times for Media Studies and it looks really good. I also read the book when I was little and the sequel which are also great. I think it's funny how her character has the same name and persuades Alex to go to the Island, (or tries?) Anyway. looks good. :)

I guess I should see it then, huh? I read the book in like fourth grade and really liked it, but I have no idea what it was about.

Haha, this was the cutest movie ever.
I loved Alex's conversations with her character, I almost did crack up. :]
