Doctor Who. Most definitely. The latest episode ("Silence in the Library", fourth series) is excellent. Mainly because Steven Moffat wrote it, the King of Terror who also scripted "Blink" (the one with the moving statues; "whatever you do, don't blink") and "The Empty Child/The Doctor Dances" ("Are you my mummy?").

He'll be taking over from Russell T. Davies as executive producer and head writer when the latter leaves at the end of this (fourth) series. *weeps*

But please, don't get me started on Torchwood. It does have some decent episodes, but these are very few and far between.

I don't watch much Sci Fi besides Doctor Who
