For those who are unfamiliar, Writer's Digest, a magazine, publishes a listing of the top 101 web sites for writers. YWS first made the list in 2006, and again in 2007. Many of you already know this, but YWS has again made the list for 2008!

"If you're a young writer (think under 18 ) and looking for support, look no further. The Young Writers Society offers kids and teens a place to share work, chat, blog and more. This site also discourages 'netspeak,' which is good news for grammar buffs."

I disagree with that under 18 (the average age is 17.5, which means a large number of users are older than 18 ) , but ah well. The rest of it is gold.

So congrats everyone! Give yourselves a round of applause!

YAY! I'm so happy! You know, I actually found this website when WD wrote it in the 2008 writing websites issue. This website is platinum compared to the others that were listed.

*Don't expect to see me around much in the next couple of weeks. School has started again, and it'll be a couple of weeks before I've settled in. If you've asked me for a critique, you will get it, but not for a little while. Sorry*

Erm.. Wow.
It's no surprise though.
It was the first result I got when I googled for a website to post my stories, or something.
:D

YWS is full of great people too! Haha.

Well,
Yay! Haha.

Congrats, Nate! (And everybody else of course).
