The things they carried by Tim O'Brien is a really really good book about the vietnam war. THe author actually fought in the vietnam war. This book is suppoesed to be fiction but it also is partly his memories. But what is so cool is the way he tells the storys is its like they are actually his memories and the story is told very vivdly.

The Lion The Witch and the Wardrobe. YAY! Can't wait for the movie to come out. It had JOHN HOWE working on it, and he worked on The Lord of the Rings. Yihoo Canadian artists! I swear, when I saw the preview for that movie, I almost cried.
Please, sit down before you fall down.

Yay! another Robin Hobb fan! I love that book, have you read the others in that series? They are all very good.

I've recently read this book called "The Vally of Secrets" by Charimin Hussy and that comes highly recommended from me, one of my favourite books at the moment.

Exactly! Definitely a favorite of mine... I've read it several times over. :D

Not forgetting The Three Musketeers (also by Dumas). Gotta love the classics...
