This is totally ridiculous. Think person would better things to stop.

A MAN has hit out after being fined £150 for playing with his toy car in Epping Forest.

John Greenhill was prosecuted under an ancient forest byelaw after a forest keeper caught him playing with his model car near High Beech, Loughton.

Here rest. http://www.thisislocallondon.co.uk/disp ... oy_car.php

That's....yeah. Probably one of the stupidest things i've ever heard. Don't these people have better things to prosecute people for? What harm comes from playing with a toy car?
