How many users will there be at the end of February?

You have to realize that every time less and less people are joining.

223.
Seclusion among the ferns of what seems like a mystical forest by flourishing elms and and oaks. Looking up at twilight's dwellings up above, where the stars sit on their perches to await dawn... That lunar crescent forever hangs there, just another star that seems so much closer, half covered by what you sit upon right then. That is a true paradise. Just to let yourself escape to those divine heavens...

In the past two weeks, there has definitely been a trend toward more users signing up per day. November is skewed because that's when the site first opened and I did a lot of advertising for the board on other forums back then. Early December is the same case; January was the first month that all users signed up because of word of mouth.

I'm not gonna say my prediction in case I overshot, in which case the site admin would look like a fool ;)

Do tell, Nate, what if you're exactly right, then you'll look like a hero!

Oh, hey, I knew that. I wasn't thinking there for a minute...well, it could be a mule, I think a half is a mule, no?

This planet has - or rather had - a problem, which was this: most of the people living on it were unhappy for pretty much all of the time. Many solutions were suggested for this problem, but most of these were largely concerned with the movement of small green pieces of paper, which was odd because on the whole it wasn't the small green pieces of paper that were unhappy.
— Douglas Adams, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy
