I think that while the sword could be written as dagger or something else, it's pretty clear that a pencil is what's above the words in the logo, so that might be a good option.

I like Holysocks' idea of "What is the opposite of old?" but I agree some people would get it wrong with words like "new" and such. So what if we changed it to "What is the opposite of young?" then it just has one answer.
