I'd like to claim District Seven but before fully joining this, I'd like to know what the YWS Hunger Games is about. Is it related to that Tumblr Simulator?

Yes, it's related to the one you see on tumblr, in fact, it's the exact same one. I could link you in a PM, if you'd like. You're not really investing anything in it except for your username, haha. It's just something I thought would be fun.
