"The lightning theif" soon to be movie, casting

Okay so here is a link, on it is a list of the cast, tell me what you think of it.

I am more on the main cast of Percy, Annabeth and Grover, who are way to old for the roles, to me, but I'll wait for someone else to join in first.

Yayz! I absolutely loved that book. Greek mythology books are awesome. There's another good one I just finished reading called Shadow Thieves, and that one was even better, I think!

I saw the preview when I went to see Half Blood Prince! Looks like it's going to be an AWESOME movie. I think it's coming out February 12th.

I think they picked a good Percy. Not quite how I imagined him, but good enough.

Oh my gods. I can't wait for this to come out. I'm addicted to the books.

I think they picked a good Luke, but I'm not too fond of the Annabeth or the Grover.

My younger brother brought that book into the house and I picked it up one day of boredom. It's a good book, but concept and characters are a bit too immature for my taste.

I loved the book series, and i think the casting is alright, though they changed the looks of some of the characters. As long as the movie doesn't end up like the Eragon one did I'll be fine.

I've heard about this before, I think it's awesome they're making a movie. I loved the series. I'm currently reading "The Last Olympian" and it's great so far. All the other books before have been amazing too. I wouldn't be surprised if this became the next Harry Potter. It's a really good series, I recommend it to anyone.

A more mature book from the kids section is Philip Pullmans series 'His Dark Materials'. I've finished the first two books and I'm starting the final book soon.

I believe it is set for November 2010.
