This month's IotM is: alwaysawriter!
As she was one of the only Instructors on the Leaderboards during August, she had it by default, but I wanted to highlight the fact that Always has been working incredibly hard to improve her critiquing skills and generally get to be a better Instructor. Her efforts rock out loud and she deserves a celebration for that!
