I'm not voting. I can't. It's wayyyy too hard. I have few works of my own that are '07. But only about four. Not even. I do have a good '07 one though! Hopefully people will notice. Anyway, like I said, I'm not choosing. Way too many people deserve this title. And not to bring the person down who came up with this idea, but I think it's (what's the word I'm looking for????) demeaning. Or something like that. It may bring (those who win) self-esteem up, but it brings more peoples' self esteem down (those who don't win anything). I know I get really defensive and I start thinking badly of myself when I don't win something or I don't do something right, but... whatever. That's just me.

So, just so everyone knows, I don't think any one person should win. I think everyone should win and I think no one should win (make sense?). I love you guys (yes, all of you), and I don't want this contest to ruin anything I have with you all. It may not, or it may, one can't be sure. I'm just doing this out of caution.

Well due to the low number of nominations this might just flop like a fish out of water.

Monki dear, I don't think you give us enough credit: we're simply celebrating our outstanding creativity and highlighting the best of the best. Sometimes you have to say that however much you like a thing in general, there are just moments of brilliance that exceed the rest - those are the ones I'll be voting for, and I'm sure I'll know them when I see them.

*sighs* I suppose people can have their opinions... but mine does not oblige (couldn't think of a smart word for agree). I see where you're coming from, don't get me wrong, but I sooooo do not agree (not smart sounding, but whatever).

May I point out a ghastly flaw in logic there? XD

You never really know how much of you takes residence in other people... We all exchange bits and pieces of ourselves with each other until we're big sparkly collages of everyone and everything we've ever loved
