What's your favorite type of book?

I'm asking this question because im bored and I cant find any other subject and I'm new too and I want to be sure I know what to write about when I add poems and storys and stuff

I would suggest just writing whatever you like, cuz chances are someone will like it and it tends to be your best work. But, to answer the question, I would have to say adventure or fantasy. I like books with solid characters that are funny and action packed.

I think that you should write whatever genre you enjoy reading. Chances are you'll learn what you love and hate in that genre and steer clear of it.

To answer your question, I enjoy fantasy, especially contemporary.
