What does this mean? I certainly hope that there's copyright, or else anybody could steal my story and take credit for it!
Please explain this. Am I not interpreting it correctly?

Well, it means that you can't find another story on the internet and then copy and paste it on here.

I think it would be more clear if you said "No Plagiarism" instead of "No Copyright"
