Fragments-Are they grammatically wrong?

Fragments are BAD!!!!! They are very grammatically incorrect, and they make a story seem choppy. No fragments. I'll have to light candles and pray to the gods for forgiveness for this thread. hehe

I'm also not sure why but even though I normally wear cool tones I have a feeling red would have been my color in the 1860s.
