If I may add one to the list, www.writingcareer.com . It has everything a writer could want. Everyday, new magazines and publishing companies are listed that want submissions for every genre you can think of. I love it!

https://www.freedomwithwriting.com/ is a nifty site that I've been using for three years. I've been sent emails about short story contests with cash prizes, poetry contests, and non-fiction contests. There are also emails that will give links to a list of magazines that pay $50-$300 per short story. I highly recommend using this just to see if a publisher is looking for a story that you already have written.
