Okay, this may seem like a bizarre writing tip, but I know a lot of writers have this problem. It's called... muscle ache. Basically what happens is you write (or type) and then your arm starts to cramp up. And then you ignore it until it gets worse and worse and worse and you want to die but, because you are stupid, you continue writing until you cripple yourself for a couple of weeks.

But you don't have to do this.

A good natural remedy for aches and pains, especially muscle and joint aches, is arnica gel. Just spread it over your wrists and fingers and arms, and you'll feel a cooling sensation that lasts for a while. So that way, you get healed and you are still able to write.

You should be able to get arnica at your local drugstore.
