How to drop large bit of information

In my story, I need to tell the reader a large bit of info, more specifically that she's a reincarnation of a sort. I want to tell the reader this almost immediately, since the story isn't about how she got to be one. I don't want want to give clues, I just want to get it out. I really need advice on how to do this, since my story is a bit on hold right now.

Well how have you started the story? Like maybe have the character know before the story starts, so the readers are introduced to it like immediately, or have some other character tell the character about it somehow. Or maybe the character found out somehow... It's hard to give advice when I don't know much about the story...

My character already knows that she is. Actually, she's not really an incarnation on anyone in particular, she's supposed to be living Karma. As in, you know, she hands out punishments for bad deeds, etc.

Well, why don't you just say that in the prose? If she's living Karma, then have her think for a minute about what deeds she needs to dole out, whom to give what to, perhaps some feelings about what she has to do, ect.

A tip I use is to tie everything into your MC. That way, we get an answer to the "why should I care" question that haunts every info-dump.
