Hey all! I'm newly registered BettyPaige, but you can call me Betty, Bett, Paige, Yo deaf woman, Vera or Nicka (The last two derivitives of my real name Veronika).

I heart music, old cars, and my guitar, I am also the lead in a band called Turncoat Philosophy, which you probably haven't heard off, upstate Oregonian underground band that we are.

And well, I like to write, which is a given cause I'm here...

Yeah, we aren't online yet...soon though. Yeah I sing too. I'm not Amy Lee or anyone like that but I think I do a pretty good job.

I have been writing for as long as I can remember. I really got into writing lyrics after the band formed a year and a half ago. We do mostly local events and jam sessions....maybe one day we'll hit it big time.

That's so cool that you are in a band. Oh yes, I can't play guitar but I do admire people who do. I sing though. Yeah but welcome again.

I'm Jacquie. Please call me that, if you can remember it... We have some things in common: we're both American, like to write (hopefully *wink*), and are musically inclined! How neat is that? Though, guitar isn't one of my instruments. I played around with it for a while, but my strong point is violin and piano. The strings really give you blisters! But you're probably used to it, right? I think it's really cool that you're in a band--I especially like the name!
