O.O No one has given you the rules! Shall I do the honors? We have three major rules, that I'll proceed to explain to you.
1. Keep the 2:1 ratio. That means that for every work you post, you should do two reviews. A review has to be 250 characters long to count. This way, everyone gets reviews!
2. Rate your work. Rated posts will appear on the Home page, but if it contains rough language (like the f-word) and/or adult scenes, you should rate it as R.
3. No chat speak! And you won't be needing your Caps Lock. Try to keep capitalizing to a minimal.

You may notice that some people have colored names, like me and Kat. That's because we have jobs. We and all the other YWS users that have colored names are named The YWS Staff.
Blue: Greeters. The name speaks for itself. We welcome the newbies and help them get along.
Purple: The Instructors. The will review you work and work with yo to make the most of it.
Light/Dark Green: The Junior Moderators and the Moderators. They make sure that everything is running smoothly.
Orange: Distinguished members.
Red: YWS administrators.
