You should check out the help & support section of the site but you should know that you have to review two other people's work before you post your own. The help and support section also tells you all about stars and posting etc.

Its awesome that you like R.L. Stine! I am a huge fan of his books! Which books are your favorites? I personally perfer the fear street series, but I enjoyed the GooseBumps books as well.
