Hello all! I'm a newbie and hopefully will start posting things really soon. It's been my dream to be a writer since I was eleven years old and my friends say that the stuff I write is good but I would like more constructive critcism. I like music, reading a good (always looking for suggestions), daydreaming, jogging, and watching movies as well as hanging out with friends. Um well that's it I guess if anyone wants to talk to me. Go for it.

Uh well to answer all of your questions. I have a dog named Duffy. I love the Twilight series and anything by Christopher Moore (that guy is hilarious). I love supernatural romances but I'll read mostly anything...well horror is a gray area. Um currently I'm reading the Vampire P.I. series which is really good its set in the 1930s and it is portrayed excellently and I just finished a sad book called Thirteen Reasons Why which was amazing. Any more questions?
There are two things in this world, good and evil. As for me? I'm independent. -Me
Supernatural romances? Hey I think I just created one of those on here. I think anyways...
Twilight series is the best and Host(so far that I've read is good.)
Hope you get through this sight fine. Just to let you know before you get told after mistaking you want to review two works by others and then post one of your works.
Need any help and I will be happy to help you. Just pm me and I shall get back to you as soon as possible.
See ya around,

We've all been broken in some way. It's just how we express it that makes us dffrent form eachother.

ZOMG! I was eleven when I wanted to become a professional writer too! I hope you're more successful than I am.
However, it looks like we like different genres, seeing as you're into the more thrilling vampire novels. I think? Wait, maybe I am just confused. I usually am.
What sort of writing projects are you working on now? :d

I'm with you, sister *is ghetto*. I'm perpetually on the lookout for yummy bookage. I really adore Looking for Alaska by John Green--I recommend that book to pretty much everyone I come across, simply because I refer to it so often. The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky is also amazing. If you read anything besides angsty teen lit, I'd be happy to give you more recommendations.
Psh, constructive criticism is my anti-drug. Point the way, and I'd love to read some of your stuff. ^_^ Feel free to PM me if you have any questions about the site or life in general, and I hope to see you around the boards!

I'm Demeter from sunny and warm (at least for now) Finland. How are you? I'm great, because I just started my summer holidays! Yay! And of course, because I'm in YWS! Yay!
Your username is very beautiful, as well as your avatar. Where does it come from?
I've read Twilight, too! Most of my friends have gone crazy about it, but I just thought it was alright. *raises hand to protect herself from all the angry Twilight fans* I like J.K. Rowling's, Jane Austen's, Jacqueline Wilson's etc. stuff more. I also like to read Torey Hayden, although it's not fictional.
Here, here! I have a question! What sort of things you like to write? Or have you already said that? *bad memory*
Hmm... I had something else to say, but I got a black out... What was it? Oh yeah, now I remember. It's true that the critique from friends isn't always very honest, or if it is, it isn't even close the professional ones we've got here! So it's great that you found your way here to get some real criticism.
PM me if you ever need anything! Enjoy yourself!
Best wishes
Demeter xx

Aha! Sooo... a set of essays? Does this mean it's nonfiction?
