So hey! I was told to introduce myself in here...so here i am!

My name is Meg, i'm eighteen years old, in college, a writer [obviously], in the US in a ridiculously cold state right now.

I write fiction and poetry....not that I don't like nonfiction, I've just never attempted it!

I just registered today, and I have critiqued a few poems already...as well as added one of my own and I would love some feedback if you wouldn't mind! It's called "The Storm"

But other than that...I guess all that's left to say is...

Hi!

(I'm attempting to resist the urge to make a bad pun about "cold state" right now -- Brad [Incan] is determined to rid me of the habbit, but I digress!)

I'm Mesh, resident nit-pick/mod/nutcase/pun-maker/a few other things I won't bother talking about. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me!

Welcome to YWS!

Now, get critiquing!

(and you don't have to post here... oh lord! I never did! after almost two years, I might have to go do that *runs off*)

Oy, Borges in your signature--you've got good taste and good imagination then, doubtless. ^_^

Welcome to YWS. I'm Imp, noticeably. Feel free to PM any of the mods with questions--even dear Mesh. ^_~

Hullo! Name's Luna.

You write poetry eh? You're lucky, Incandescence has retired (not for long I'm sure) of critiquing poetry. He's brutal so you've been saved for now ^_~

I'll check out your work though! A welcoming gift if you will, though I'm not an expert at poetry since I don't write it all that often.

Welcome to YWS! :)

Oi! Welcome!

I tend to be mainly a fiction writer myself. Can't really stand non-fiction. A little boring for my tastes.

Welcome, Meg! My state's pretty cold too. It's snowing!

How long have you been writing? I'm not very good at critiquing poetry (I can't tell really great from needs work, actually) but if you post some of your fiction, I'll keep an eye out for it! PM me if you need anything, or if there's something you'd like a critique on. :)
