Hm, I've never red the Ender's Game. It sounds interesting... who's it by? Oh! And you'll be happy to know that we have a lovely Sci-Fi forum here if you ever want to post your writing there. ^_^

So here are a few simple rules:

~Review at least two pieces of work on YWS. This is the 2:1 ratio rule and it's taken very seriously here. It keeps everything nice and balanced.

~Please use proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation. We're all writers here, after all.

~Do not use chat-speak or CAPs on YWS. For example: "dat wuz awsme dude kp wrtng plzzz!" *cringes* "THAT WAS AWESOME!!! KEEP WRITING DAWG!!!"

Light Blue: Greeters, they greet new members and answer their questions.

Purple: Instructors, they give the best, most in-depth reviews.

Light Green: Junior Moderators, they have moderating power in some forums.

Green: Moderators, they have moderating power in all forums

Red: Site Administrators, they make sure the site is running smoothly

Orange: Distinguished members, retired mods.

Black= regular members
Blue= greeters, they help newbies, tell them the rules and help if they need something
Purple= instructors, they critique your stuff and help with writing and such.
Light Green= junior mods, they help in certain forums, if you need help with a particular thing ask the mod for that thing.
Dark Green= moderators, they control all of the forums.
Red= admins, they make sure YWS is running smoothly. Mesh, Firestarter, and Nate (the creator of YWS)
Orange= distinguished members they are retired mods.

Also, please do not curse outside of the Literature forums. Feel free to use that language to your heart's content in your writing, but just don't curse anywhere else. This is Young Writer's Society, after all.
