1- Review two pieces before posting anything. It helped keep thing balanced. And, people are a lot more willing too critique your stuff if you've done theirs. It's asked you always keep the 2:1 ratio.
2- Minimize chat-speak. Some abbreviations are okay, but try to have proper spelling, grammar and caps.
