This is in a guys perspective by the way.

A lonely street
full of people.

Eyes shifting
searching for the next target.

Blonde? Brunette?
Red hair.

Light colorful eyes,
playful.

Hurt? Another guy,
an opportunity.

A quarter drops
catching my attention,
like a pin dropping in a silent room.

Hand swoop
smile catches.

"Here you go."
Smile continues to lure.

"Thank you so much."
"No problem."

Conversation continues.
Charm works.

Picking at the wounds.
Easy entrance.

"I love you."

Blonde? Brunette?
Blonde.

My reality comes to a close as I once again realize that you don't love me, and even if I love you with my everything you will never care.

This poem has a quick pace - I really like the way it plays out with a very natural flow to it. Seeing as this type of poetry isn't quite my style, I've no critiques for you today :P It wouldn't be fair to edit this just because the style isn't my taste. But I must say, I do love this piece. Very well done, keep it up!

Certain aspects of this poem are good, but I'm a little confused by a few things.

Flower~Child wrote:A lonely street

The contrast to me has little immediate effect, and it doesn't link to the subject very well, although it is a good use of language to convey a meaning; it's just not quite the meaning I hope you were meaning to put across.

Overall, I feel the subject is pretty vague. My first impression is the subject is a stalker or gold-digger of some sort, desperate for romantic involvement with a stranger (I can think of other words to describe her, but I'll keep it civil.).
I'm sorry I can't be much more constructive, but it's as honest as I can be for a poem this short; I wouldn't have known the subject at all if I hadn't read the title.

The poem flows and reads well, but it really needs a bit of refining, just to give it a bit of depth and meaning to the reader. The solid punctuation towards the end is good for the effect that you wish to make every line a step in the process of this story. Grammar is generally good (could do with a few commas to break the lines that require it - on indicated in above quote).

Hope that helps, but please, don't do an edit until you get a few more reviews (I am just one critic, after all. Others will no doubt have different opinions and this may be down to differing styles of poetry), and keep writing!
